This is the first step in meeting the goals you have for your property. A written plan describing the resources available and management recommendations along with a map of your forestland. Choose a plan type based on your needs:

• Tree Farm – American Tree Farm System (Can be submitted at no additional cost!)
• NRCS – Natural Resource Conservation Service through the USDA
• SFI – Sustainable Forestry Initiative

Sometimes you just need to know what you have on your property. Getting the value of standing timber can help with estate planning, forestland real estate transactions, and, of course, timber sales.

Timber Sales

Looking to get a fair price for your timber? We will mark your timber boundaries, designate the trees that will be harvested, and we will also help you take it all the way. We can advertise, evaluate bids, and complete a contractual sale with a log buyer. Think of a realtor, only for your trees!
